Speakers for 2019 are here

The years seem to fly by so quickly that it doesn’t seem like five minutes since the last one. It is always a challenge to try to create something on the stage that is different and hopefully better than previous years and with this in mind we have already begun the planning. It seems hard this time, but the props are getting there and the backdrop has arrived!

The Tysul Hall (SA44 4QJ),  located in Llandysul just a couple of miles down the road from the nursery, is a good setting for the event. It is warm and spacious allowing us to put a vast array of plants out to tempt you with. These will include Hellebores, cottage garden plants, shrubs, alpines, herbs and fruit. We have a range of prices to suit all pockets including a large budget range of shrubs, perennials, herbs, alpines and Hellebores. These start from £1.99 each.   The Hellebores are looking lovely this year.

As always we have a fantastic array of speakers to cover subjects wide and varied. This year we are thrilled to have several new speakers as well as popular ones that have helped us out many times.

There will also be a selection of other stalls to tempt you and a well stocked cafe selling teas coffee, cakes and light snacks.

Over the years this event, which takes place at a time when people are starting to think of the new spring season, has brought visitors to Llandysul from many different parts of the country and has certainly put the area on the map. The event has been supported by the community office of Llandysul and Pont Tyweli Ymlaen and with financial support from the Llandysul Community Council. The event has gone from strength to strength, without their support it would be difficult to continue with such an interesting event. So a huge thanks to these organisations.

Finally, massive thanks to everyone else who comes along and helps including all our friends who work at the nursery and John our website man who is a bit of a star, (for great website follow this link cloud-genius.com)
