Description
One of our favourite lilacs. The Persian lilac in full bloom makes a spectacular sight. A large shrub. 1.8-2m (6′) high and wide, covered in lilac fragrant flowers in May and early June. Prefers a sunny site but will thrive in a semi a shady place just as happily. Deciduous. Classy and delicate, a good combination.
