Description
alpine auricula – Pretty mauve-blue shades with light centre. Grow in cold greenhouse or plant outside in cool, moist, well-drained soil. Height 15cm. Flowers April. Evergreen. Best grown out of direct sunlight from March to September. They look particularly attractive in clay pots where they were traditionally shown in a ‘theatre’.
