Description
One of the nicest of the larger hardy Impatiens. Almost extinct in its native land this impressive plant has to be seen!!. Growing to a height of 120cm (4-5′) it flowers throughout the summer and into the autumn. Prefers a semi shaded moist site but is at home in most places. Has large ‘potato-like’ tubers that overwinter. Bury deep to avoid hard frost. Stunning.
