Description
A very undervalued herb. Comon Sorrel . It can be used as a leafy herb, like parsley or basil or mint, dicing it to use in marinades and dressings, or adding it to soups or casseroles giving a fresh flavor. Or, use the tender leaves in salads and stir-fries. So easy to grow but may be best to contain the roots, like mint, to prevent it spreading excessively.
