Description
One of the most attractive of all the spring bulbs. Its nodding lightly chequered creamy white flowers give it its common name of ‘The snakes head Fritillary’. Prefers a sunny moist site and will naturalise especially in grass land. Height 15cm (6″). A drift of these looks absolutely wonderful!
