Description
A stunningly beautiful version of the ‘Eastern Redbud’. Not only does it have clusters of pink pea-like flowers early in the year on the bare branches but it also has amazing variegated leaves. These emerge dark purple, change to green and gradually take on pink hues as the year progresses. Prefers a sunny or semi shaded site in reasonably well drained soil where it will be a real focal point. Can become multi stemmed. Ultimate height 15-18′ (5 metres)
