Description

Hosta ‘Sunset Grooves’ is a striking, compact perennial prized for its vivid colouring and tidy form. Its rounded, heart-shaped leaves feature bright chartreuse to golden-yellow centres surrounded by deep green margins, creating a vibrant contrast reminiscent of a glowing sunset. The leaves have a thick, slightly cupped texture, making them more resistant to slugs and adding structure to shaded garden beds or containers. In midsummer, short spikes of pale lavender flowers emerge, adding seasonal interest and attracting pollinators. Reaching about 25-30cm in height with a 40-50cm spread, ‘Sunset Grooves’ thrives in partial to full shade and well-drained, moist soil.
