South African Ornithogalum – unknown species

This South African Ornithogalum was given to us as part of an un-named collection. It is a rather unusual and, as far as we know, unknown species. We think that according to the Pacific Bulb Society it appears to be ‘Ornithogalum sp PS0’, however this is far from certain.

It has very fine, almost hair-like foliage which gives rise to slender stems bearing spires of small white flowers. Easy and reliable in free drainig compost its hartdiness is as yet unknown but we suspect it should be kept fgrost free. Height 15-30cm.

SAny help with mnaming would be great. Something to try, one for the collectors.
