Description
A lovely Sarracenia from Andy Bullock (2005) with strong tall slender pitchers. Theses are a creamy green with pronounced burgundy veining and a good throat marking. Easy and reliable this is a good cultivar. Height 60-75cm (2-2.5′). Like all Sarracenias they need to stand in 2.5cm (1″) of soft (rain) water in acidic nutrient-less soil in full sun for good growth. They are efficient fly and wasp catchers both indoors and out. Good as container plants. Keep well hydrated spring to autumn but keep just damp in winter. Needs a cold winter dormancy for long term plant health. Good flycatchers for a sunny window sill.
