This traditional, striped variety is the most popular marrow. It produces large fruits perfect for stuffing and baking, or boiled and served with a cheese sauce. Lovely steamed; try flowers in summer salads. At their best while small and tender, so cut regularly for maximum yield.Use young for courgettes.High in vitamins A, C and E.
