Description
A hardy, clump-forming, tuberous, perennial species introduced from China by Darrell Probst. Fleshy, reddish green unmarked, green leaves bear masses of pretty, pale pink, orchid-like flowers with long spurs from late summer into autumn. Prefers a moist, humus rich, well-drained soil in part to full shade in a cool position. Can also be used as a container plant. . Hardy to -15 C (possibly more) in the ground with a winter mulch. height 30-45 cm.
