A rather special alpine that forms clumps of dense dark purple grass like leaves studded with round heads of pink flowers throughout the late spring and summer months. An attractive plant for both the border and the rock garden alike. Height 15-20cm. Pretty and very unique when mature. A lovely form for a sunny spot.
