Tulip ‘Pays Bas’ is an elegant Triumph tulip, producing beautifully formed blooms in a soft, buttery white. Flowering through April and May, it reaches around 60 cm (24″) tall, making it a strong and graceful presence in the spring garden. Its clean, refined colouring makes it ideal for beds, borders, pots, and containers, where it provides a calming contrast to brighter, more vibrant spring flowers. ‘Pays Bas’ is also an excellent choice for cutting, bringing freshness and simplicity to early-season bouquets. Plant bulbs 10 cm (4″) deep and 10 cm (4″) apart in well-drained soil; it performs well in acidic, neutral, or alkaline conditions, provided drainage is good.
