Acer palmatum osakazuki'
One of the finest of the autumn Acers. Has to be seen to be believed. 6-8'
in 10 years.
Cryptomeria japonica 'Spiralis'
A very unusual low growing conifer with almost ringlet like hanging stems.
Auricula hybrids
A small but interesting selection of unusual auriculas in their many forms,
both double & single.
Berberis thunbergii 'Kelleris'
An attractive shrub with green and white marbled foliage, followed by attractive
autumn colours.
Clethra alnifolia 'Pink Spire'
A truly wonderful shrub with its short spikes of very heavily scented pink
flower spikes. Easy & reliable. Pink Spire is the pink form (available
Autumn 1999)
Hardy Fuchsias
Some of the lesser known types, many magellanica types. Fuchsia mag. Versicolor
with its soft pinkish grey leaves and purple and red pendulous flowers on
arching stems. Fuchsia mag. Alba, a large delicate shrub with the palest
of pink almost white pendulous flowers.
Hypericum 'Hidcote Variegated'
A lovely dwarf form of the ever popular Hypericum Hidcote. Low mounds of
semi evergreen variegated foliage bear numerous small pale yellow saucer-like
flowers.
Ligustrum lucidum
A rather underrated shrub suitable for almost any sites. Large glossy evergreen
leaves add to the beauty as its creamy white flowers are borne in clusters.
Sun or shade. 6-8'.
Alpine dianthus
We carry a large general range of alpines including a good selection of Dianthus,
Campanula, Diascia, Erodium, Ajuga, Viola, Rock rose, Phlox, and many many

Ulmus 'Jaqueline Hillier'
A really attractive dwarf Elm, suitable for large rockeries, or wherever
a tree is needed that doesn't get too large. Also good for containers.
